Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are valid within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Exchange is available for size issues or product defects only.

No Refunds

Millionaire Moods currently does not offer refunds, only product exchanges.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Damaged or used products

  • Accessories (if applicable)

Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact our team via queries@millionairemoods.com or our official social channels.

  2. Share your order number, the received product, and the reason for the exchange.

  3. Send the item to our warehouse (address will be provided).

  4. Once inspected and approved, we will ship out your replacement item.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers must cover the return shipping cost unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
