Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

  • 3–5 business days for major cities

  • 5–7 business days for other regions across Pakistan

Shipping Charges

  • Orders below PKR 2,999: Flat delivery charges of PKR 200

  • Orders PKR 3,000 and above: Free shipping nationwide

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking ID will be sent to you via SMS or email.

Undeliverable/Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Multiple Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. Reshipping charges will apply.
