🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Sale items, accessories, and custom orders are final sale and non-returnable.

To start a return, please email us at queries@millionairemoods.com with:

Your order number

The item(s) you'd like to return

Reason for return

Clear photos (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the item is not approved for return due to wear, damage, or missing tags, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at queries@millionairemoods.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
